Dasha has taken every precaution to assure you, the buyer of a sound puppy or dog.  If within 48 hours of the purchase date, a qualified veterinarian’s exam finds an unsoundness you may return the pup/dog to me and I have the right to have my veterinarian re-examine the pup/dog.  If the unsoundness is confirmed then you have two options:

1.   Return the pup/dog to seller for a full refund of purchase price.

  1. Buyer keeps the pup/dog and receives half of the purchase price back.

3.   Buyer agrees that if at any time Buyer wishes to sell or give away the dog, Seller will have the first right to buy back the dog at a reasonable price not to exceed the original price. If for any reason Buyer cannot keep said dog, the dog will be returned to the Seller and will not be sold, given away, or relinquished to a pound or shelter.

4.  The kennel name Dasha must be used in registering this puppy and the registered name shall have Dasha at the beginning of the name. No other kennel name will be used in the dog's name unless a written agreement is made.

 

**This puppy is being sold as a pet quality individual, which means that he/she must be neutered/spayed, by a qualified veterinarian at the appropriate time.  The buyer will receive limited registration status by the American Kennel Club and the Australian Shepherd Club of America. 

 

Buyer has read and fully understood the foregoing and agrees to all parts and portions thereof constituting a legal and binding agreement. Unless all conditions are met, this contract is void.
