Dasha has taken every precaution to assure you, the buyer
of a sound puppy or dog. If within 48
hours of the purchase date, a qualified veterinarian’s exam finds an
unsoundness you may return the pup/dog to me and I have the right to have my
veterinarian re-examine the pup/dog. If
the unsoundness is confirmed then you have two options:
3. Buyer agrees that if at any time Buyer
wishes to sell or give away the dog, Seller will have the first right to buy
back the dog at a reasonable price not to exceed the original price. If for any
reason Buyer cannot keep said dog, the dog will be returned to the Seller and
will not be sold, given away, or relinquished to a pound or shelter.
4. The kennel name Dasha must be used in
registering this puppy and the registered name shall have Dasha at the
beginning of the name. No other kennel name will be used in the dog's name
unless a written agreement is made.
This pup is being
sold as a “Show Prospect” and all guarantees for CHD and any Eye Defects will
apply. The above pup/dog
is guaranteed against Canine Hip Dysplasia (dog must be x-rayed and certified
by OFA between 24 and 30 months of age).
Congenital eye defects (must be examined and certified by a Board
Certified Ophthalmologist). A male dog must have both testicles by 12 months of
age if purchased for a show dog.
If the pup/dog exhibits any of the above defects, it shall be replaced by another puppy of equal or better quality (with the purchaser paying all shipping costs). The puppy will be replaced as soon as possible after the seller has received a veterinarian’s certificate stating that the puppy has been euthanized or returned to seller (purchaser paying all shipping costs).
**If this dog is
used for breeding purposes before being certified (OFA and Eyes) this contract
is null and void. **(Applies to show dogs only)
Buyer has read and fully understood
the foregoing and agrees to all parts and portions thereof constituting a legal
and binding agreement. Unless
all conditions are met, this contract is void.
